Marina Naprushkina is a Belarusian-born artist based in Berlin who founded the ‘Office for Anti-Propaganda’. Her artistic practice systematically deconstructs the mechanisms of state propaganda, particularly those employed by the Lukashenko regime in Belarus. Through graphic works, publications, and collective projects, Naprushkina demonstrates how artistic tools can be used to expose and counter authoritarian communication strategies — creating counter-narratives that circulate both within and beyond the borders of repressive states.
